Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen Series system.
Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.
The Wynton Neighborhood Network provides food bank assistance, utility assistance, and other support to families in the Muscogee County area who demonstrate a need for care and provisions.
The Wyntonn Housing Network builds new homes and provides home renovations to elderly persons living in the Wyntonn area of Columbus. This ministry is aimed at providing opportunity and beautification to the neighborhood.
The Lay Organization organizes and trains the lay members of the A.M.E. Church, so that members utilize their skills for the improvement of God's kingdom.
The Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.) fosters missionary activities and participates in community outreach programs and activities.
The Sons of Allen Men’s Fellowship fosters closer relationships between men of the church, to equip men of the church for meaningful service, to reach unchurched men, and to present positive role models for our youth.
The Young People's and Children's Division implements programs and activities that provide a training ground for later Christian service.
This ministry seeks to teach and train members to prepare them and equip them with effective living skills for Christian leadership.
This ministry is for young adults who are interested in Christian fellowship . Activities of this ministry include Bible study, social outings, business networking, and service projects.
